Privacy notice
This notice explains how Toolkitfieldcore handles personal information. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Data controller
Toolkitfieldcore, 31 Castledore Road, Turclossie, AB43 7JJ, United Kingdom, is the controller for enquiry forms, correspondence, invoices, and the limited personal data that may appear in files you send for an engagement. Contact: hello@toolkitfieldcore.click.
What we collect
From enquiries: name, email, the work you selected, optional conversion description, and your message. From engagements: billing names, job titles, and such identifiers as you include in agreed extracts. We ask you not to send special category data or unnecessary customer records. If a file arrives with more than we need, we will ask you to resend a narrower extract.
Why we use it
We use enquiry data to reply, to judge fit, and to keep a record of what was offered. We use engagement data to perform the contract, to invoice, and to keep working papers for a limited period. The legal bases are pre-contractual steps and contract, legitimate interests in running a small practice and defending legal claims, and legal obligation for tax records.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months. Contracts, invoices, and packs are kept for six years after the engagement ends, in line with ordinary United Kingdom limitation and tax practice. Working extracts are deleted within ninety days after final delivery unless you ask us in writing to hold them for a follow-on month, in which case the ninety days restarts at the end of that month.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Where processing is based on consent (for optional analytics cookies), you may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. These rights are not absolute; we will explain if an exception applies.
International transfers
We use email and hosting providers that may process data in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or other countries. Where a transfer outside the United Kingdom occurs, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses as provided by the supplier. The enquiry form on this site posts only to a static mock endpoint for demonstration; do not send live customer files through the form.
