Terms of engagement
These terms apply to professional work commissioned from Toolkitfieldcore. Last updated 19 August 2026.
1. Parties and acceptance
Toolkitfieldcore is the trading name of the practice operating from 31 Castledore Road, Turclossie, AB43 7JJ, United Kingdom. By confirming a quote in writing (email is sufficient) you offer to engage us on these terms. We accept when we confirm a start week and, where a deposit is due, when that deposit is received.
2. The work
The scope is the engagement described in the confirmed quote: typically an attribution review, a monthly campaign reporting pack, a channel mix workshop, or a paid spend reconciliation. Deliverables are written packs, prints, notes, and sessions — not software, licences, or media buying. Changes to conversion definitions, sources, or history length may require a revised quote.
3. Your files and cooperation
You warrant that you have the right to send us the extracts we request and that they do not include special category data or unnecessary personal data. Time estimates pause when agreed files are late, incomplete, or overwritten in ways that prevent a join. We may refuse files that expose people who are not required for the conversion table.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights in your underlying files and campaign names. On full payment, you receive a licence to use the pack, maps, and notes internally, including in board papers. You may not resell the pack, publish it as a product, or present it as having been prepared by another practice. Our working templates, worksheet designs, and uncommissioned methods remain ours.
5. Confidentiality
We keep your files and packs confidential except where disclosure is required by law or you have named a third party (for example a finance partner) who will attend a readout. We do not use identifiable figures from your pack in our public journal without written permission.
6. Fees and invoices
Fees are as quoted, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Travel outside Aberdeenshire is charged at cost when agreed. Invoices are payable within fourteen days unless the quote states otherwise. We may withhold remaining prints or a final PDF until overdue sums are cleared.
7. Liability
Our work is a professional reading of the files you supply. It is not audit-standard assurance, legal advice, or a guarantee of trading results. We are not liable for media decisions you take after a readout, nor for losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate extracts. Our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales as applied in the United Kingdom (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
8. Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling, deposits, and refunds are set out on our refund page, which forms part of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply if you engage us as a consumer resident in Scotland or elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
