Refunds, deposits and cancellation
This note applies to professional engagements with Toolkitfieldcore. We do not sell physical goods, subscriptions, or course seats. Last updated 19 August 2026.
Eligibility
Refunds are available only as described here. Informational prices on the rates page are not an offer. A refund relates to fees actually paid for a confirmed engagement.
Deposits and staged fees
Attribution reviews and spend reconciliations are typically invoiced fifty percent to open the files (the deposit) and fifty percent on delivery of the pack. Monthly reporting packs are invoiced monthly in arrears after the dry-pack; there is no opening deposit unless the quote says otherwise. Workshop fees are payable in full seven days before the session, or immediately if booked inside that window.
Cancellation by you before work starts
If you cancel in writing before we have opened your files (or, for a workshop, before pre-read has begun), we refund fees paid in full within fourteen days by the same method you used to pay, minus any non-refundable room or travel we have already committed with your agreement.
Work already started
Once files are opened or pre-read has begun, the deposit for a review or reconciliation is not refundable: it covers reading already underway. The balancing invoice is not issued if you cancel before a pack is delivered; you will not receive remaining prints. If a pack has been delivered (posted or sent as PDF), the full fee remains due and is not refunded.
Partial refunds
If we cannot complete a review because your files cannot be joined and you decline a narrowed scope, we refund the unused balancing portion and retain the deposit. If we cancel because of illness or a diary failure on our side, you may choose a new date or a full refund of sums paid for the unfinished engagement, including the deposit.
Monthly packs
After the four-month minimum, you may cancel with one month’s notice. The current month’s pack, if already in compilation when notice arrives, is still invoiced. There is no refund of months already delivered. The dry-pack month is part of the first invoice and is not separately refundable once the dry-pack has been sent.
Workshops: rescheduling, no-shows, materials
You may reschedule a workshop once, with at least five working days’ notice, at no extra facilitation fee. Inside five working days we may charge the full fee unless we can fill the diary. If the budget holder does not attend the last hour, that is not a ground for refund. Printed worksheets prepared for the session are not returnable. Travel booked at cost is not refundable once purchased, unless the carrier refunds us, in which case we pass that refund on.
Timeframe and method
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen days of our written agreement, by the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may take longer to appear than card refunds.

Exceptions
We do not refund because a budget meeting disliked the findings, because last-click still looks more convenient, or because you later hired an agency. We do not offer goodwill credits against future media spend; we do not buy media.
